A quick search on Google reveals that a site map can be defined as follows:
A site map is a document detailing the various pages on a website and how they link to each other. This helps both visitors find pages and search engines to index a site.
I’m guessing the Plymouth City Council had something else in mind than helping visitors when they unleashed this monstrosity on an unsuspecting world.
If you look at the scroll bar to the right of the screen, you can tell that what we’re dealing with here isn’t so much a site map as a rain forest of links.
It seems like a passive-aggressive way of saying ‘leave me alone, I don’t want to help you’.
